Refund policy

At Lahariya.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure the quality of every piece we deliver, but we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit.

We gladly offer replacements with a few important conditions outlined below.


1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

Customers must initiate a replacement request within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible.


2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • A mandatory full unboxing video (showing both sides of the sealed parcel and the complete opening process) must be shared with your request.

  • Without this video, no replacement will be processed.


3. HOW TO INITIATE A REPLACEMENT

  • Email us at support@lahariya.com within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your Order ID, Full Name, Contact Number, and the reason for replacement.

  • Attach your unboxing video and any images showing the product issue (if applicable).

  • Once approved, our delivery partner will handle the replacement pickup and delivery.

  • Customers must pay the return shipping fee via UPI / bank transfer before we schedule the pickup.

  • After receiving payment, the replacement will be shipped promptly to your address.


4. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, which must be paid before pickup.

  • Replacement shipping costs will be arranged and covered in the payment you make.


5. STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE

  • If your preferred size/product is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit valid for 30 days.

  • The store credit will equal the product price, excluding COD/shipping charges.
